Nick Killebrew

Nick Killebrew is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Red Cove Capital. In his role, he oversees day-to-day operations for the Originations Team, which includes Capital Markets, Capital Raising, Deal Sourcing, Underwriting and Investment Management for the company. Prior to starting RCC in 2022, Nick was Head of Originations at Parse Capital, where he invested in ~20,000 multifamily units across the country spanning ~75 deals with ~40 different multifamily development and operating partners with close to $1.2 billion of invested capital. Prior to joining Parse, Nick was Managing Director at Trefethen Advisors where he was responsible for sourcing and executing advisory transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate and real estate finance. Prior to Trefethen Advisors, he was Director at Kuhns Brothers Securities Corporation, Director at Cohen and Company, and VP at Capstone Investments. Nick holds a BS with a double major in both Business and Spanish from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Shannon Bane

Shannon Bane is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Red Cove Capital. In his role, he oversees company day-to-day operations, Transaction Execution and Asset Management. Prior to forming RCC in March 2022, Shannon was SVP / Head of Transaction Execution and Asset Management at Parse Capital, a subsidiary of The Wolff Company, where he oversaw Due Diligence, Underwriting and Execution, and Asset Management for both Credit and Joint Venture transactions. He has more than 20 years of real estate investment, development, and retail operational experience. Prior to joining Parse, Shannon managed his independent advisory firm focused on providing management and transaction execution to middle market companies, and real estate institutions. Prior engagements include: Trefethen Advisors, The Wolff Company, Hillwood Investment Properties (a Perot Company), and Wreath Equity, LLC, a subsidiary of Garrison Investment Group. Prior to his independent advisory business, Shannon was VP at Lennar Corporation where he was responsible for Joint Venture transactions nationally and was Head of Land Acquisitions for the Inland Empire Division. Prior to Lennar, he spent six years in the commercial banking industry with Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Shannon holds a BS in Public Administration and Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University. Shannon is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Logan Migliorino

Logan Migliorino is a Director on the Originations Team at Red Cove Capital and responsible for investment activity across the county. Prior to joining RCC in November 2022, Logan was Director of Investments at Forum Investment Group and an Associate at Parse Capital, a subsidiary of The Wolff Company. He holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University.

Aaron Tishkoff

Aaron Tishkoff is a Senior Vice President on the Originations Team at Red Cove Capital and responsible for investment activity across the eastern United States. Prior to joining RCC in April 2025, Aaron was an Associate Vice President of Investments at Middleburg Communities. He holds a BBA from the University of Michigan.

Fabian Patrick McBee

Fabian Patrick McBee is a Managing Director – Fund Analytics at Red Cove Capital and is responsible for data, analytics, and business intelligence processes that enable data driven decision making across the company. Prior to Red Cove Capital, Fabian was Head of Business Intelligence at Charles Schwab (SCHW), where he was tasked at modernizing the wealth advisory tools, analytics, and reporting. Prior to SCHW, Fabian was Head of BI at Financial Engines (FNGN)—the oldest and largest Robo-Advisor and Independent RIA with over $250B in assets under management. Fabian has attended and holds an MBA, a Master of Investment Management & Financial Analysis, a Master of Science in Financial Engineering, and BS in Finance from Stanford, MIT, Creighton University, and WorldQuant University.

Jared Friedman

Jared Friedman is a Director on the Transaction Execution and Asset Management Teams at Red Cove Capital. Prior to joining RCC in September 2024, Jared was an Associate at Parse Capital, a subsidiary of The Wolff Company. Jared holds a BS in Accounting and Business Data Analytics from Arizona State University.

Austen Rice

Austen Rice is a Senior Associate on the Transaction Execution and Asset Management Teams at Red Cove Capital, who joined the company in March 2023. Prior to joining RCC, he was a Senior Analyst at Parse Capital, a subsidiary of The Wolff Company. Austen holds a BS in Finance from the University of Arizona.

Todd Fichman

Todd Fichman is a Senior Analyst on the Originations Team at Red Cove Capital, who joined the company in January 2022. Todd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from Union College and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Garrett Janney

Garrett Janney is a Senior Analyst on the Originations Team at Red Cove Capital. He joined the company in July 2022. Garrett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cal Poly SLO and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Nicholas Janney

Nicholas Janney is an Analyst on the Originations Team at Red Cove Capital. He joined the company in June 2023. Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of San Diego.

Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Seattle Pacific University and is currently pursuing his Juris Doctorate and Master of Science in Real Estate Degrees from the University of Denver.
